Services: A home visiting program for pregnant women and new mothers to give women the help, support, and resources they need to have a healthy and safe pregnancy, birth, and first year with their baby
Ages Served: Pregnant women or women with an infant younger than 2 months
Languages Served: Services provided in each family’s primary language
Eligibility restrictions: Must be a pregnant woman or new mother living in and around Lynn who: is dealing with stress, smoking, homelessness, depression, substance abuse, or violence; has a current or previous high risk pregnancy; needs to find prenatal care; or is a teenager having her second or third baby
Fees: Services to families are free, paid for by the MA Dept. of Public Health and MassHealth
Hours of operation: General business hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm; flexible home visiting schedules can often be arranged
Other Information: Anyone can make a referral to the program. Services provided by a team including a nurse, community health workers, and social workers
Cerebral Palsy of Eastern MA – North Shore Infant & Toddler Early Intervention Program

Services: Home visiting program providing therapeutic and support services to children between birth and 3 years of age, and their families. Children may be eligible if there are developmental concerns due to identified disabilities or if typical development is at risk due to certain birth of environmental circumstances. Program provides home-based, family centered services to facilitate the developmental progress of eligible children
Ages Served: Birth to age 3 Languages Served: Services provided in each family’s primary language
Eligibility restrictions: Child must be between birth and 3 years of age and must live in the identified catchment area (Danvers, Lynn, Lynnfield, Marblehead, Middleton, Nahant, Peabody, Salem, Saugus, & Swampscott). The child has been diagnosed with a physical, emotional, or cognitive condition that may result in a developmental delay, is not reaching age-appropriate milestones in one or more areas of development, or is at risk for developmental delay due to various biological and/or environmental factors
Fees: Services are paid for by the MA Dept of Public Health, Medicaid, Massachusetts HMOs and private health insurance companies. Families are asked to pay an annual participation fee based on family size and income. No family will be denied services based on inability to pay

Other Information: Anyone can make a referral to the program if they have concerns about a child’s development. Referrals do not require a prescription or prior approval. Services are provided by a team of professionals and the child’s family, caregivers, and medical professionals are important members of the team.

Services: Comprehensive transdisciplinary assessment and treatment services for developmentally delayed or at risk children from birth to three years of age. Services are family focused and are provided at the Center, in the child’s home, and in other community settings. The service area is Everett, Malden, and Medford
Ages Served: Birth to 3 years
Fees: Most service is covered by health insurance. Services are also subsidized by the Department of Public Health and, therefore, provided free of charge to eligible families
