Services:  Service include counseling and assistance to members of the armed forces, veterans and their families, aid to disaster victims, collection and distribution of blood.

Services:  Help with food, utilities (including heat and shelter), information and referral, financial literacy, specialized housing, counseling, advocacy for families at risk of becoming homeless

Ages Served:  All ages                       Languages Served:  English, Espanol, Khmer

Eligibility restrictions: Limits on how often someone can receive financial help

Fees:  None

Hours of operation:  Monday to Friday, varies

 

Help for Abused Women and their Children (HAWC) – 24 hour domestic violence hotline

Services:  Counseling and advocacy services include 24 hour confidential hotline

Ages Served:  No age limitation                        Languages Served:  English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian

Eligibility restrictions:  Service for victims of domestic violence

Hours of operation:  Hotline operates 24 hours per day/seven days per week.  Office hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Services:  Emergency burner repair or replacement, system cleaning and tune up, system repair or replacements as needed                        

Fees:  Free or low cost for low income families

Hours of operation:  Emergency room coverage 24 hours per day, 7 days per week

 

Salvation Army

Services:  The Salvation Army is a church offering many religious services as well as social services

Ages Served:  All ages                       Languages Served:  English, Russian, on occasion Spanish

Eligibility restrictions:  Social services as a way of financial assistance require different standards or eligibility; call for information

Fees:  None

Hours of operation:  Office hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm; Church, Sundays 10:00am - 2:00pm

Other Information:  Anyone looking for services is welcome to stop by during office hours and we will help within our means.  If unable to help, we will refer the individual to someone who can assist

 

Tri City Mental Health and Retardation Center – Crisis Stabilization Service

Services: Provides intensive crisis intervention in a structured supportive milieu, to stabilize clients in crisis, divert an inpatient admission, or serve as a clinical step-down service for clients transitioning from an inpatient setting.  Services which include group, individual, and family therapy, crisis intervenetion, psychoeducation, case management, medication, and nursing services are available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year

Tri City Mental Health and Retardation Center – Emergency/Evaluation Service Program

Services:  Provides crisis stabilization, intensive outpatient, specialing services, prompt and mobile crisis intervention, evaluations for hospitalization, and diversionary services.  Services available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year

Services: Provide one-to-one intensive short-term community based partnering with a consumer to prevent or assist in the management of a psychiatric crisis.  The immediate availability of counseling assistance with daily living and companionship often averts the need for more intensive levels of care
